MGB 7500 HTL

Generator petrol GX 390 - Three-phase synchronous alternator - Three-phase power 7 kVA ( 5. 6 kW) – Single-phase power 3 kVA - Manual Recoil – Electric Starter

The model MGB 7500 HTL is a compact and silent petrol generating set, the model feature 25 litre fuel tanks for 10 hours continuous operation and are easily transportable thanks to its weight 93kg (Manual Rec.) 104kg (Electric Star). When the Compound System is combined with a double control AVR the Compound System overrides the AVR when a heavy load is applied and also provides a backup voltage regulation in the event of AVR failure.

The design incorporates a steel structure with engine and alternator mounted on anti-vibration dampers to increase service life and reduce noise. A recessed panel protects the sockets and controls from accidental damage whilst a tubular steel frame provides protection for the complete machine.

The control panel houses the sockets and machine controls including ELCB-GFI and circuit breaker.

The engine is equipped with a choke system called Easy Start that allows starting of the engine without choke adjustment when the ambient temperature is between 10° C and 25° C.

Suitable for a wide range of uses in general construction, equipment rental, events and standby applications.

sample powersafe Double Control- Security of Supply: With this system both AVR and Compound control systems are normally active. When a heavy load current is required (example - motor starting) the compound regulation overrides the AVR thereby ensuring high availability of required current. In standard operating conditions the AVR regulation prevails, which ensures high quality, precise control of the AC output.

In case of AVR failure, the Compound regulation maintains voltage regulation, albeit with reduced control characteristics.
